Action Plan: How will you know when it is complete?   Answer: First, any experiments need a time frame and goal. For this one, I will allot a 2 week time frame that can be extended up to 1 month. The goal is to help at least 80% of people who subscribed or followed us through our social media account. Second, we need to have a data that we can counter check if there are positive or negative results within the said time frame.
